Very keen to take part in the challenge, but it doesnt record all my drives. And then all of a sudden it starts recording when Im not driving. And I still dont have a score yet and all my friends do! Please fix!!!

Great app really! Surely it can skip the 160km/h I do on the Gautrain?

I really think that you have an outstanding idea. and i really love the innovation you provide as a company. Dowlaoded and installed the app yeasterday. Works great but, after starting journey, it doen not immediately pick up the movement for about 3-5 minutes. After ending journey it does not stop for about 3-5 minutes. Also it constantly uses your location even if the app is closed in the background. my phone was fully charged when i installed the app within 2 hour 35% of my battery was gone. Deleted the app and the GPS indicator that was showing next to battery percentage went away and battery made it through the night. Great idea to get people aware of how they drive, you guys just need to finetune the app a bit.

Cool concept and cool app, but it doesnt respect the option to only upload driving data when on a WiFi network. Its been eating through my mobile data bundle instead.

There is no support for this app. If you click on the App Support button, it takes you to Discovery web site. There you are not able to find any information to assist with this application.

A very good concept, and it actually makes you think more consciously about your driving. The biggest flaw is however that it seldom works! It is more likely to register a jog or a walk as a drive as an actual trip - should have the option to register a drive manually instead of relying only on the phones meters. Would also be good if it could actually link up with an existing DQ-tracker. Lets see whether updates will clean the bugs out...

App is inaccurate and slow, needs a start and end trip button. Wakes up halfway through my journey that it should be working

Good app but with the gps being constantly on, my battery life has been greatly reduced. The gps should only come on when you can detect Im in a car. Perhaps when my speed is faster than a certain amount?

There is something seriously wrong with the algorithm used to detect when youre driving. It is inconsistent, and sometimes doesnt even record at all. Sometimes it will start recording when the phone is stationary (like on a desk in the middle of a meeting). The algorithm is buggy at best. You sometimes have to restart your phone completely for it to record again (had it stop recording completely), and even had to reinstall the app once to get it to work again. It also loses trips randomly and when it doesnt have a network connection to upload them. Pretty pointless running a competition and the app for it is dodgy. Very disappointed, Discovery. Surely you can afford qualified developers?

This app doesnt work. It constantly says "waiting to record drive". When I eventually get home after driving 40 minutes it starts recording trip. I thought the last update resolved this issue but its worse. If the app is anything to go by Im sure discovery I insurance is just as pathetic

Good idea, but it needs some work. Location is constantly on, draining battery life drastically. Look and feel isnt the best either. Inviting friends just doesnt work. UI needs enhancements

Cant add friends, user interface is poor, trips are allocated random data re: braking or accelerating - great idea but very very poor execution. I just completed a 25km trip, 2km was recorded.

Driving 100 in a 100 zone on the M1 North near Sandton cannot be classified as speeding. What a poorly developed app. Needs major improvement.

Incorrect speed limits Doesnt record the drive correctly from actual start. Witkoppen rd and Cedar Rd are 80km limits, anything above 60 and the app recognizes this as speeding. Absolute rubbish. If the discovery CEO thinks he can go on carte Blanche and share info on driving behavior he is misleading the nation. It even records driving on roads I didnt enter.

Cool app. Was interesting seeing how it rated my driving. But say goodbye to your battery life! Had to delete the app or my phone wouldnt last until lunch time.

I am quite aware that my background app refresh has been disabled, I disabled it. You dont need to tell me to check my settings every day, 3 strikes and youre out!

This has to be the most pointless and useless app ever! Dose not work! Even with the devise installed in your car! Total ripoff.
